Call for Abstracts
You are cordially invited to submit an abstract for presentation at firstname.lastname@example.org. After submitting the abstract, you will receive a confirmation via email. In case you do not receive a confirmation, contact the organizers via email email@example.com.
All abstracts received will be reviewed and allocated for oral or poster presentation.
- The title of the abstract must be written in capital letters, Arial size 12, and must not exceed 160 characters.
- In the names of the authors please state first the name and after the surname.
- The presenting author’s name should be in bold.
- All authors’ affiliations should be marked appropriately.
- The length of the body text should not exceed 350 words.
- Mark under which thematic area you would like to present your presentation.
- Mark if you would like to have POSTER or ORAL presentation.
- Write the e-mail of contact person.
All abstracts must be in English, using metric units. Do not include illustrations, figures, or photos. Use Arial 11 font. Use a single space between sentences.

ORAL PRESENTATIONS GUIDELINES
Oral presentations should not exceed 15 minutes, including time for questions. Speakers will not be permitted to exceed the maximum time given, therefore they are encouraged to allow a few minutes for questions.
Keynote speakers, at the start of each thematic session, will be allowed 45 minutes for presentation and 15 minutes for questions.
Speakers will be signalled 5 minutes before their allocated time.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMITTING YOUR POWERPOINT PRESENTATION
You must deliver your PowerPoint presentation (USB stick) to the Speaker Preparation Desk 24 hours in advance of your presentation time. If you arrive later than 24 hours in advance, please take your presentation to the Speaker Preparation Desk as soon as you arrive.
Name the file with your presentation, as follows: (1) session theme, (2) the day and (3) your surname, example: “Theme 2-Wed-Novak”.
Poster dimensions - portrait size: maximum width 90 cm, maximum height 110 cm.

All presenting authors must register to attend the Symposium. If an abstract is accepted and the presenting author does not register, the abstract may be withdrawn. If the presenting author has submitted more than one abstracts, in that case at least one of the remaining authors must register.
